Tilky Montgomery Jones (born on June 24, 1981) is an American singer and actor. He was a member of the band Take 5 from 1997–2001. Perhaps he is known for playing Max on the CW television series One Tree Hill.

Jones was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He pursued acting after the breakup of his band, Take 5. In 2003, he became a recurring cast member on the CW television series One Tree Hill as Max, a role he held until 2007. In 2010, it was announced that he would join the television pilot of Single Ladies, which is still in production.
On January 13, 2011, it was confirmed that Jones will portray "Logan Reed" on the ABC Family original television series Pretty Little Liars.[1]
